Kent County Council Commission a Film about Diversity

The Equality & Diversity team from Kent County Council asked Lavender Blue Media to help them with communicating the complex messages that cover the 7 strands of diversity for use in their induction training programme.

One key objective was to have members of their various staff groups involved with the production process. Lavender Blue worked closely with the groups to develop a concept that everyone was happy with and we then assisted them with creating their individual scripts.

The producer for the project was Claire Ashford and filming took place in a local “green screen” studio and the KCC team were able to use a teleprompt to help them be word perfect.

The production has been a huge success and all the contributors thoroughly enjoyed the filming experience.
